We would
initially assume that customer relationships are of paramount
importance. For this reason, our program is one of an initial
fact-finding, follow-up program using telephone contact only. We
indicate to the customer we are assisting your company to reconcile
delinquent items and offer assistance to expedite the resolution of
delinquencies. All checks and/or correspondence will be directed to your

REPORTING AND TIME-FRAME INVOLVED |
|
To start the
program, you would mail to our company your computerized master listing
and a trial balance which lists open and delinquent receivables. You
would identify those accounts that you would want us to handle at the
time of the mailing.

Upon receipt,
we begin a 30-day "soft sell" collection effort. As
information is developed, facts will be forwarded to your company on
Friday of each week indicating specifics such as bankruptcies, check
promises, proof of deliveries, etc. Except for special situations
needing attention, DCS will generate a month-end report with specific
comments directed to each account and how they are being resolved.

COST
|
|
DCS, based
upon receipt of the initial placements and for any additional placements
made at 30-day intervals, will bill monthly a per-account charge of
$8.00 each. This $8.00 will cover all services during the initial 30-day
"soft sell" period described above. No additional cost will be
expended unless agreed to by your company's credit manager.

GENERAL COMMENTS
|
|
Once your
company has received our month-end report, we will take no further
action until specifically advised to do so by you. A second 30-day
follow-up period may be necessary at a charge of $8.00 per account or
you may make a decision that certain accounts are to be handled by
Diversified Credit Service as a collection agency. At that time, a
contingency fee of 1.5% will be in effect. Our goal will be to bring
matters to a head within 60 days from time of placement. We will assign
one person in our office to handle your accounts exclusively. |
