NEGOTIATED RATES- On claims of $30,000 or more, we negotiate rates based upon the specific circumstances of the claim. Rates go lower as placement size goes higher.

COLLECTION LETTER WRITING PROGRAM- We have structured a letter writing program tailored to fit specific needs. Typically, this consists of a three-letter series per account at a low cost of $3.00 per letter.

OUTSOURCING A/R-Working with customers, we have developed a Letter Writing/Telephone collection program. This can be done for as little as $6 per account per month.

DEDUCTION OUTSOURCING-Claims are now a major drain of time and money. Let DCS develop a program to assist you in reducing your deduction headaches -- rates are negotiable based on depth of project.

INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIONS-DSC has a ten-year history of handling claims outside the United States. We have legal representation available worldwide, with attorneys working on a contingent basis. Our rates have traditionally been the lowest in the industry!

LOW-KEY  FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM - To answer customer needs resulting from staff cuts, liquidation of divisions, consolidation of accounts receivable, we've put together a follow-up program for delinquent receivables. At $8 per account, we guarantee a minimum of three telephone contacts of a low-key, soft-sell nature and a report within 30 to 45 days.

UCC 1 SERVICE-With more companies seeking a security position, we offer a complete UCC program to assist in protecting receivables. Costs rarely exceed $100 per account for a complete filing and follow up service.

RETURNED CHECK PROGRAM - DCS  has a complete return check collection program including letter writing and contingency collections.

CUSTOMER REFERENCE SERVICE - Based upon customer requests, DCS has instituted a reference investigation program. Based upon a minimal cost, DCS will, within 48 hours of receipt, via FAX, return completed references to our customers. The program can be tailored to fit specific customer reference investigation requests.
