UCC 1 FILING SERVICE EOUIPMENT (Perfected within 10 days of delivery 

1. Provide Security Agreement as required

2. Preparation of UCC 1 forms and filing at State and County level

3. Filing Amendments and Terminations as needed

One time charge -$45.00 per customer (filing costs additional)  

WHERE NOTIFICATION OF SECURED CREDITOR IS REQUIRED

1. Initiate search to determine prior security interests

2. Notifications to Secured Parties -(certified mail)

3. Preparation of UCC 1 form and filing at State and County level 

4. Filing Amendments and Terminations as needed

One time charge -$75.00 per customer (filing costs additional)  

UCC SEARCH

1. Initiate search to determine prior security interests

2. Diversified Credit pays all fees and provides necessary forms. 

3. Names of secured creditor only -Charge $20.00.

4. Copies of all UCC 1 filed to include names of secured creditors

Charge $30.00 + cost of copies  

CONTINUOUS UPDATE

1. Diversified Credit will provide updates to ensure maintenance of security interests.

2. Automatic notification 90 days prior to expiration of filing

3. Filing Amendments, Termination or Continuation as requested.

Charge of $10.00 per account per year

SPECIAL SERVICES

1. Priority Service -Filing completed within 48 hours

   -special handling -overnight mail -Charge $75.00
